Corrections are the most useful thing you can send
Android moves settings between versions, and manufacturers rename them freely. A guide that was correct six months ago can quietly drift out of date, and we often cannot tell from here.
If a menu path does not match what you see, that is genuinely valuable — and it is the single most helpful message we receive. Please include:
- Your phone model (Settings › About phone, for example Galaxy S24 Ultra, SM-S928B).
- Your Android and One UI version (Settings › About phone › Software information).
- The article URL, and which step is wrong.
- What you actually see on screen instead.
We will correct the article, update its date, and — if you would like — credit you.
What else can we help with?
A guide that did not work. Tell us the device, the article and where it stopped matching. We would rather know than have the page stay wrong.
Suggest a guide. Is there an Android or Galaxy problem you cannot find a straight answer to anywhere? Tell us what you searched for and what you were hoping to find.
Report an error. Typos, a wrong figure, a broken link, a source that has moved — all welcome.

Before you email
A quick check of these may get you an answer faster:
- Cannot find a setting we describe? Use the search bar at the top of the Settings app and type the setting name. Manufacturers move and rename things, and searching is faster than following someone else's menu path.
- Which phone do you have? Settings › About phone shows the model name and number. See how to identify your Samsung model.
- Locked out of a Samsung account? Start with resetting your Samsung account password — we cannot reset it for you, and nobody legitimate can.
- Looking for something specific? Try the search page or the full archive.
We will never ask for your credentials. We do not need, and will never ask for, your Google or Samsung password, your PIN or lock pattern, a two-factor code, or remote access to your device. Any message claiming to be from UpFour and asking for these is fraudulent — please report it to us.
What we cannot do
To be straightforward about our limits:
- We cannot unlock a device, recover an account, or bypass Factory Reset Protection or Reactivation Lock. Only the account owner can, through the manufacturer.
- We cannot recover data that was not backed up.
- We cannot provide individual legal or security advice.
- We do not host or distribute firmware, APK files or software of any kind.
